I think Las Vegas Metro used something very similar at one point.
I have one of their old LP6000 bars collecting dust somewhere. I could be wrong, been forever and a day since I have seen it.

I got some of those. That is what Phoenix PD used until Excalibur bars took over with the new vehicle graphics. My LP 6000s came from them mixed in with Excalibur bars that are being phased out. Rare to see the LP 6000 on a PPD car still but it happens. They are a nice simple bar with good output. I will miss the days when police vehicles still had big red/blue domes on top. All LED now so not as high profile anymore. PPD also beats the living crap out of their cars too. Cant recall one that went to auction that I didnt feel sorry for either inside or out. Even CVPIs are a rarity at auction.

Phoenix PD stuck with LPs for a very long time (long after many other agencies went LED) - typically 47"s with red / blue domes plus a clear-dome center light section set up white front / half-cyl amber rear (think it was a fast rotator, not a StingRay) - as shown in the photos above. The Parks rangers also used LPs with clear domes plus filters until just a few years ago.
