Omega 8001 Controller Indicator Lights

Hello all! I was looking at Pimpala’s Omega demo again and I was wondering how did he set up his light indicators a specific way? There will be a photo comparison.
It worked like this:

STAGE 1 : Green and Red lights activated
E9F2334F-F4C5-44B7-AB81-6689F8590ECE.jpeg
STAGE 2 : Yellow activated and green and red deactivated
80465F0D-E448-45A8-A264-FD8BE3752913.jpeg
STAGE 3 : All lights are activated

On normal Omega controllers it doesn’t activate all 3 lights on stage 3 and instead does this:

STAGE 1 : Green Light activated

STAGE 2 : Yellow Light Activated

STAGE 3 : Yellow and Red activated and Green deactivated

How did Pimpala do this? (Sorry about my OCD over these lights)

Kind of off topic, in a way, but are the first 3 pictures from a youtube video from @pimpala?

You're not off-topic; the framegrabs are clearly attributed to Burt:
