Hello, I am going to be getting a Feniex Pegasus lightbar for my truck. I need to figure out what mount/style will fit however. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. Does anyone else have a 01 Ram 1500 and also have a Pegasus installed? What mount did you use? Thanks.

I have a pegasus in my 2013 Ram. It's Dodge Ram specific brackets. I'm not sure if a 2001 (Im assuming that's a second gen body style) will fit. Get with Nic at FEVER. He's a member and dealer on this forum. He should be able to get you an answer.

I did chat with FEVER just before I posted the thread, he said to be safe I should go with a universal style. I just wonder how well of a fit I would get from the universal. I believe I am going to go to a Dodge Dealership and compare the inside of an 06' to my 01'. If everything looks the same I will probably get the Dodge mounting brackets.

Universal split. You should be able to move the brackets wherever you need them and adjust them to fit just fine. Plus the universal bars have the adjustable front which allows you to better fit the windshield. If you're ordering it new, consider getting a gasket kit as well.
