Police are not identifying the suspect yet, and Chief Todd does not believe the man was shooting randomly. "A squad car was shot...then Officer Moszer was hit," he says. "There was nothing random about it."

SWAT killed the suspect after he opened fire on them. Good riddance :

I knew Jason, we'd spent time together off duty. He was a great guy and will be sorely missed.
