Pricing on a Whelen Justice Bar

Good evening everyone, Just had a quick question. My dept has a full size fully loaded all red Whelen Justice lightbar off our rescue truck that they have sold abd stripped down. They are wanting to know what it is worth. Like i said its all red, fully loaded, has alleys, takedowns the works. Just needing an idea on what it would be worth

Some questions we need, on the decal underneath, date of manufacture, model #, length, is it populated front and rear?
Pictures of bar would help in providing an approximate price.
