As you can see from the pictures the unit comes with original box, two battery holders, antenna, manual and software CD. This unit also comes with a stubby VHF antenna, enercell AC power plug and programming cable. The unit looks and works great I am selling because I find I don't use it enough to justify having it sit around unused. I purchased new in February 2015.[/SIZE]
