One of the rarest sirens I've worked on. A client salvaged this siren, which had been on his dad's retired engine, and sent it to me for repair. The original cable connecting the control was cut off, and there was no documentation to be found, so it took extensive circuit tracing to get it connected correctly. Fortunately, the internals were in very good condition and required only minor repair to get it working and sounding like new.

Sounds a bit like the Federal PA15/PA20 wail but longer. I love the sound of those low pitched electronic sirens from the 1960s.:D
