RFI wire Mini Edge. What do I do with it?

In my cluster of wires for my Whelen Mini Edge Strobe there is a bare wire called the RFI. What am I supposed to do with it?

I believe that's radio frequency interference a second ground keep your radio from turning your lights on while transmitting

Do I need to attach it to a ground or just leave it be?

Best to just ground it if your using a radio although these days most people just discard it. Not to long ago I had a customer come who's alley lights came on when he transmitted on his radio. Grounding that wire to the body and grounding his radio to the battery stopped it.
