Rontan led modules

I just purchased some Rontan 4led tir style modules. I can see on the board it says Slim light.

These lights have two wires, a black and a red wire with a white connector on the wires.

Some of the lights are missing the connector so I just connected the red to positive and the black to negative but nothing happened.

Do these light need something special to work or are they just dead lights I purchased?

Thanks for any info, A-TAD

What do the connectors look like? I am pretty sure the modules need a ballast to flash.

The connector is real tiny, maybe 1/4 inch wide. Just a little bigger that the wires themselves.

Well if they need a ballast, I'll list them cheap in the for sale/trade post. I have six if anyone needs them.

I was going to use them in my knock off code-3 2100 bar.

I had a rontan bar that sounds like it used the same lightheads. It needed ballasts to flash but do NOT hook them up to 12v as they well burn the led up.
