"Run numbers", call out type forms and more

So since i've been handed the keys to "the island of misfit toys"

im going to have to do alot of work to get a squad in order... i need to find a paper version (or make, or alter someone else's) version of a "call out" sheet, PM forms for boats and vehicles, vehicle signout forms and so much more...

we're working on revamping Bylaws and ive had a lot dropped on me...

anyone have any sources or would like to send me a rewritable PDF of what your orginazation uses?

or at least a direction to look towards....

My department switched over to Emergency Reporting last year, but up until then we would submit call info and personnel responses on an excel sheet.
