Ryder fleet supply still carries 4416R Par 36 spotlight bulbs
I believe they also have Amber par 36 bulbs as well.
Green bulbs can be had on ebay for $$. Depending on the application you can create your own either by painting or gel filters.

Try ebay again for the par 46 lamps.

Also, it's a good idea to let others know the type of bulbs you want. There are several models of PAR46 bulbs in clear and red, both with flood and spotlight face finishes. Here's a list of what I'm thinking you may be looking for:

4001R (costly if found) - 37.5W Red signal bulb
4412 - 35W Clear flood bulb
4412R - 35W Red flood bulb
4435 - 30W Clear spotlight/signal bulb, shielded filament
4435R - 30W Red spotlight/signal bulb, shielded filament
4436 - 35W Clear spotlight/signal bulb, no shield over filament
4436R - 35W Red spotlight/signal bulb, no shield over filament

I'm also guessing you are looking for 4416 (narrow spotlight) bulbs in red and green. The amber PAR36 bulbs can be either 4416A (narrow spot), 4414A (flood) or 4415A (flood). Like Stampeed said, red and amber will be easy to find, but you'll have to really search hard to find an authentic 4416G (and pay mucho grande for most likely) or grab some clear 4416s and make them in green with paint or gels.

Both the 4412's (PAR46) and the 4415's (PAR36) are fog bulbs, not floods.

Wide, flat beam w/ filament shields (sometimes 1/2 filament shields depending on the manufacturer and age)

I don't believe ANY manufacturer EVER made a 4412 or 4415 in any color other than amber (and clear-of course) Just about every other bulb was available in colors but those, due to them being an automotive-only application and to lessen the chances of improper use by the masses, may not have been produced. Not to say that a few may have been but in all my 50-some years on this planet and 30-some years in this industry, I've never seen them.
