What has everyone found that works best for them for filling hole where lightbar harness goes? As in what type of sealant? silicone or what? I've used a couple of different things but looking for something better. Would like something that comes in white, clear and black colors. AND GO!!!!

I cannot tell if the OP is asking about sealing around the cables (thats how I interpret it) or if they want to seal a hole where a cable used to be (which is how others seem to be interpreting it)

OP, perhaps you could clear up what it is you are trying to accomplish?

I am speaking of sealing around the cables. I use a silicone base right now. But seems at some point there always ends up being a little wind noise that enters through the hole/seal. Was seeing what other options were out there.

I've seen the local guys use dum dum. It's basically gas tank hole sealer (think silly putty). Its tan/goldish color in a tube. Stays flexible and seals tight. Same principle as the 3M strip caulk I think. Easy to remove even after time and weather exposure.

Funny, some guys at work call the 3m Strip Caulk 'Dum Dum'
