sentry issue need some help

I installed 2 federal signal sentrys on our engine the other day. Problem having now if we turn lights on they will work then the bulb goes off but the rotator still is working. If you tap the dome it will start working again. I thought maybe a ground issue but the motor still would be running.


Any thoughts?

Replace the bulb. It sounds like the filament is broken, but makes contact and temporarily "welds" itself together when you rap on the glass.
