CREEPY is a good word for it. The first one sounds like a room evac for hazmat.

My new town has a tornado siren 3 blocks from my house. I love the old standard wind up-
hold for 3 min.-wind down. I can hear that sucker down in the basement :)

The old T1000s were big around here (central IL) til last 10 years. We had one in the center of town on a 40ft pole that sat at the lowest point (by a creek) and you could still hear it 3 miles away.

I agree with everyone else....probably a digital version of the old T1K on "all clear" tone. At least that's what we used as all clear here....
