Nice catch! :D

Sure looks nice!

My question would be as follows: considering it is not a FS Flashball but again, it doesn't seems like Signal Stat 384 were very common, which one is rarest/most valuable?

The Signal Stat 384 is not very common and was also sold by Smith & Wesson rebadged as the "Stephenson Volunteer II". It was Signal Stat's answer to Federal's Flashball. These fixed reflector lights with a flasher were targeted at the volunteer fire/ems market. Good for putting on the dashboard, but not really applicable to use on fire apparatus or marked patrol vehicles since they were of a uni-directional nature.
