Fellow collectors,
It seems that vintage SS lights are coming into the collection here. I recently received a model 384 "flash ball" and now a model 381 has followed it home as well. Nothing too special about this 381 other than I believe it is a first gen with metal gearing, FS fire ball style motor and metal housed magnets. The unique feature that drew me to this particular light is the US Secret Service inventory tag on the bottom. I like coming across lights such as this with property tags, especially when they are from a federal agency. It is used but definitely not abused, probably spending most of it's service life under a seat or on a transmission hump in the floorboard. See attached pictures.
Thanks for looking!
