Silverado headlight flasher

Ok I have a 2011 Silverado that has had a galls fs001 headlight flasher installed for about 5years now. The other night my high beams went out and I found the fuses under the hood to be blown so I replaced them since then the flasher unit clicks the relays super fast without any action from the bulbs. The high beams work as they should otherwise. Any ideas.

Somewhere there was an electrical dead short. Could be anything, relay is going bad, a wire that has rubbed on metal, or even a bad connection.
