Siren Install Question

I am looking at installing a Fenix 4200 Mini and a Fenix Storm 100 Pro Siren. Do you think I need to install a relay to avoid battery drain if everything is turned off and the truck is not running to avoid a parasitic draw? Thanks! Fenix advised that the siren has a 1/10 amp draw when on standby.

The storm pro needs 5 switches to operate you can add a relay to the 6th switch to power the siren... I didn't use my mini for that reason im using a sw400

I would put an ignition controlled relay in.... commonly when I install sirens, I will always tie the siren enable circut to ignition control... with the storm pro there is no enable circut, so if it was me, I would do it

Your vehicles computer and factory radio probably use more amps on standby then it does... but all those partial amps add up... it's up to you if you think you need a charge guard
