Siren question - OnStar commercial

In the following OnStar commercial, the fire department responds to a car accident dispatched by OnStar.

At about 22 seconds as the garage door is opening, you first hear a siren. It's a really low tone before it winds up.

I know it's a long shot but does anyone know what tone this is and who makes this siren?
