Read this thread. The site is functioning properly and this is an anti spam measure that is needed.

Support - New Member Account Question

I'm a new member, I've read the site rules and I tried to read the "New Member Info" link in a stickied thread but it returned a 404 error. When I tried to do the support ticket I got a "Oops, we ran into a problem." As far as I can tell, there's no minimum post count to be able to PM someone...
