Wanted Slide in mounts for j tube era edge

I'm looking for four slide in light mounts for the older style edge. They were light tan plastic with knockouts for two 4x3 bulbs and a set of screw holes to mount the corner tubes. These were used with J tube style bars commonly. The picture shows one with one lighthead and one blank intact.
