I did place a bid, but have now been outbid. Looks like the skirt needs to be re-chromed, the badge needs to be refinished, needs a new dome gasket and new bulbs.

If it had a colored dome, the eBay police probably found it, but more than likely, someone made him an offer offline he couldn't refuse, so he canceled the auction.

Or, someone made an offer, he refused and left the auction open, so that someone reported him to eBay as selling a restricted item. Either one could have happened.

Final bid on the 175H was $280. Too rich for my blood, especially considering its condition.

Actually thats not very bad for a tall skirt one to restore to cleaner shape. It is up there a little


but just having one of those is a keeper and a half. ;)
