Got a pair of Sound Off 1400 Lumen LED worklights in the FLOOD model to go on the pushbumper of my CVPI.

- First thing.. when i opened them up they actually had a better look than I anticipated. They are VERY well built with a very solid housing. One thing I like is you can move the bracket on any 4 sides of the lighthead depending if you want a more horizontal or vertical look.

- Im sure there are brighter lights out there and I have not had the chance to try the rigids but for the price range of these in the $135 each mark they have pretty good light output for a pair together putting out 2800 lumen combined.

- They intesity of these head on are VERY intense and are well off axis.

- Heat wasnt a huge issue, ran them 30 minutes straight with minimal heat coming from the housing.

Anyways...... its hard to talk about a worklight so here are some pics and a video.

Then, how much are they? Will you install it on the top of your vehicle or?

they run about $135 each.

and no these will be mounted on the front pushbar of my crown vic.

They can be installed anywhere you would like. there are also round (par) models as well. They will not be used as a primary warning light or used at night do to the brightness.

Thanks for sharing! I've always imagined work lights like this would be VERY much at home on a pushbar hooked up to a flasher with a very simple alternating pattern. Looks sweet! They would be cool to hook up to a STT flasher so they flash in 3rd position, with a takedown override button!!
