Sound Off question

We just got 2 new cars with Sound Off sirens (believe they are the 380 series) with wail, yelp, and select tone. For some reason, the select tone position doesn't do anything and I'm looking for a way to change that. I know phaser is supposed to be an option but we haven't been able to get it to work yet. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

2. Press tone button to be programmed (Wail, Yelp, Tone,

That siren has CA Title 13 Compliance Mode (no peircer) enabled, follow the programming instructions to remove it.
