Any SoundOff experts here that can help me out? I've got an nErgy 400 remote series installed in my work car. I've downloaded the current version of the siren configuration software and connected to the remote head with an Ethernet cable. Once it's connected, the standby, speaker #1, and diagnostic lights flash slowly. No matter how many times I try to connect in the software it won't. How can I get it to connect? Some special secret?

the software for programming Nergy is 100% useless!!!!!

The adapter cable is not and will never be available from Sound Off. The software should have been pulled from the website a LONG time ago.
The software was released for beta testing, it failed!!!

Just noticed your response. How can I configure the siren then?

I normally just configure them by following the install guide that walks you through the steps on programming on the siren. I honestly never knew their was software for them out their.
