yeah, those custom cables are unfortunately pricey, both to make and have in stock when there's low demand. Digital Ally tries to use standard cables whenever possible to avoid that, but sometimes there's no way around it.
cstoof, did you get your issue fixed? Hopefully they got it sorted out for you when you called in since you didn't chime in again after that, but let me know if it's still giving you problems.

Occasionally there's a bad batch of some part from a supplier or an installer does something funky and you see that kinda thing.
