Stand alone LR11 LED alleys

I'm working on a project interior bar and was wondering if Whelen's LR11 Alley kit ( link ) has an internal flasher? $66 for two flashing white lights is a pretty good deal. Or would I need to purchase an external flasher?

It's unlikely that it has a flasher. Most modules for lightbars are dumb and depend on the lightbar motherboard to tell them what they should be doing.

Ah, that's what I figured. But a simple hookup to a LED flasher (ULF44) and I should be good to go?
