I saw the new Phantom Split Undercover lightbar at the Harrisburg Expo today. I must say I was very impressed! It is bright, and super thin!!

The only question I forgot to ask was...is there a hardwire version? Or are the switches on the unit the only way? I'd rather have the takedowns and whatnot hooked up to my SS2000SM.

...Okay then that was easy enough. ;)

I have a generation 1 full size phantom that I am hoping to sell on eBay soon. I must say, those new bars are very impressive! I am glad that SVP is being proactive, and keeping up with the changing demands of emergency lighting.

I saw it there too. i was impressed with it. I've always been a fan of Signals products and I think they out did themselves with the upgrade. " Gen 4" mini phantom soon??

Yeah I was talking with Andy from LightningX about it at the show. For the size and the price, it can't be beat! The only thing I'm not sure of is whether or not I would have the ability to disable the flashing takedowns, so I don't have white to the front when not in motion.

We're a master distributor for SOS, if you can get the pinnacle for less than $500 I want to buy some from you!

heck Andy i know your a master dist for them.. i didnt say i could get a pinnacle at the same price as the Phantom, I just stated in my opinion from what i have seen from the pinnacle it would be hard to be beat for its size... i mean i would rather spend the extra LITTLE money and get the Pinnacle, from the star products i have delt with they just really arent that good and alot of people know this but maybe they are turning the corner. I help sell the star brand also but its very rarely sold..
