I have a streethawk sb-1. 4 rotators same rpm. Considering changing 2 of them, inner or outer. I would like to have a different light pattern. I have searched for videos to give me an idea, but no luck. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

some manufacturers had a different worm gears for speed, others used separate motors. What do you mean by "pattern" as these arent strobe or led?

i beleive the "hawgs" only had 75 and 120 FPM motors but the jets had 60 90 and 120. best bet is to find 2 high speed motors used if possible.

most all lights had 2 high speed outers
low speed inners
and a high speed TCL in the middle.

It is a halogen streethawk with grille in middle. I also have a firehawk (below). Both are halogen. I would like to swap motor/gear assembly from the Firehawk to the streethawk. My streethawk has same speed rotators inner and outer. My goal is fast and slow rotators in The streethawk. Just wasn't sure if I should put the fast inside or outside?

It's user preference and need. Will this actually be used or is it for display? If it were me I would put slow on outside that way if you only need two lights it'll be a slower speed so people can track better. If for display then it doesn't matter.
