Just tried to submit a support ticket, entered a description of the issue, hit submit and it took me to a checkout screen to pay for something. Trying to get in to the support ticket system via the support link at the top of the page also does not work.
The support ticket I was trying to enter was that the "SALE" prefix shows invalid when attempting to edit my member storefront. Not a huge issue as the "PRICE REDUCED" prefix still works.
