T3 Syncing Issue

I have a pair of T3's that I'm having issues with getting to alternate. I'm able to set one to master and one to slave, but can only get them to alternate in a slow flash pattern. If I try to change patterns, they still alternate, but are on different flash patterns.

Any tricks or anything I could be doing wrong?

When you set them as master slave leave the sync wires attached and touch them both to ground momentarily at the same time...

Easiest way to do it is set both lights to steady and go from there

Make sure you don't try to change the patterns too dash. Only one will change.
