I emailed their customer service to let them know I had a knob on my rotary flasher just up and disappear in my vehicle. They sent a note of apology asked for my address and sent it to me in 2 days. FREE.

Since we don't have a sub forum for them I thought I would acknowledge them publicly here with my deepest gratitude.
