This is a knockoff light correct?

A friend wants me to fix his light that quit working. I asked for photos of the light because he couldn't tell the difference between a Aerodynic and a Vision. This is what I was sent. 99.8% sure it's a knockoff and garbage but I am not up on all LED lights.

Thank you. Don't know the problem, he wanted me to look it over it figure it out. Imo fixing knockoffs isn't worth it. I have no interest in fixing garbage lights, plus he is quite a drive from me
