Tomar 940L siren Value

Greetings,
I have come across a more modern item then I am used to dealing with.
A Tomar 940L siren...
This is brand new, comes with remote control head, and microphone.

Any idea on value? This is outside my area of knowledge and seller wants me to make an offer.
Looks to be a pretty good siren unit.. anyone have an idea of FMV?

They're great units. I sold my used, rough condition one for $175 shipped in 2017. I'd think you could get $300

the $300 is very close to what he is asking for it. Not really my cup of tea, if I could flip it for a few $$ then I would. I'll probably pass.
