Nice, I might be interested if you decide to change your mind about shipping.

I worry what shipping would do to the bar, notbto mention the cost
I totally understand your hesitation. For this sort of bar most of us are willing to pay the shipping costs and we know it won't be cheap. I professional job with internal padding, bubble wrapping, void filling and a proper box is going to be about $100 or more. For a bar like this it's a cost a true collector is willing to pay. On ebay there are the worries about returns, but on here if the bar was packed well and UPS throws it off a bridge people seem more willing to work it out. I shipped an XL9000 (notorious for breaking) and it cost $115 but arrived undamaged. I think people on here would be willing to pay for and assist with shipping concerns.

If your gonna ship the easiest route might be to work with a local UPS store and your potential buyer.

It can be as easy as just dropping the bar off, and the store does the rest.

This will be the easiest safest route, but also probably the most expensive. I have had other seller that didn't want to ship do this and it was well worth my money.

What he said.
I have a local UPS owner who I ship all my lightbars with. Well worth your time. It is more expensive, but it is packed right, and insurance is guaranteed.
