Twinsonic Cleaning/Restoration

I have a few Twinsonics that I don't necessarily want to do a full restoration but at least a full strip down and thorough cleaning. What I'm looking for is what everyone uses to:

- Degrease and clean frame
- Degrease, clean, and regrease chains
- Wire gauge and wire colors connecting components in bar
- Wire gauge and wire colors for the terminal block to 12VDC
- Screw and bolt sizes for components, mounting plates, etc.
- Bulb options for different components
- Methods for reconnecting chains, synchronizing rotators, etc.
- Anything else I may have forgotten to mention or suggest

Some of this information I am already aware of but others might not be. I'm not looking for dome cleaning as that can be found easily and has been covered extensively. Essentially, I'm trying to make a thread where this information can be easily found and accessed as a reference, pretty much a one-stop shop. I haven't found too many specific cleaning threads and would maybe like to have one thread dedicated to cleaning and restoration. Maybe even a few threads for the more popular vintage bars.

Any help is appreciated and moderators, if this thread needs to be moved, please do so.

- Degrease and clean frame
- Degrease, clean, and regrease chains

Simple Green cut accordingly with water
Qtips, Rags, Wirebrush, Nylon Brush.. etc.

As for grease any light grease should be fine.. a white lithium grease works well.
No need to go all sloppy with the grease either.. just the cogs and give them a fine coat..

- Wire gauge and wire colors connecting components in bar
- Wire gauge and wire colors for the terminal block to 12VDC

Wires inside the bar are mostly black, but doesn't matter TBH.
14 Gauge is fine internally.

Gauge depending on Bulbs and amperage draw.
Typical external Wire Harness is Red/Black and 10-12 Gauge or lower depending on how long and where the wire is getting run.

- Bulb options for different components
typically ge4464.. but ge4416 works as a lower amperage draw.

- Methods for reconnecting chains, synchronizing rotators, etc.
Youtube... I would self plug my videos.. but I just realized I don't think I have any specifically citing the TwinSonic.
I do have a video covering the AeroTwinsonic.. that might help.. look my username up.
