Under Cover Visor UV60 Replacement Bulb

Can Anyone PLEASE help me locate a replacement bulb for my Under Cover Visor UV60. I bought this light from LED Outfitters which was my first mistake. He will not honor the 5 year warranty & will not help me replace the one bulb that is blown shortly after receiving it. I have searched all over the web for this bulb with no success. I even took the light apart & searched all the numbers on the bulb itself. I cannot even find who actually makes this light. I would greatly appreciate any info on how to obtain a replacement blub for this light.

Throw the thing in the trash and get a real interior light bar! And you can't find who makes the light, because LED Outfitter Lights are so shitty, no one wants to put their name on it!
