This company sells sealed beam beacons on eBay. According to their tags, an American company, but I have no idea where the lights are manufactured.

On another website listing it says "These lights are designed and built to last, all gears are machine cut. motor gear is cut from steel, drive gear is cut from Bakelite. Made in U.S.A."
The bottom view looks promising, lockwasher on magnet, removable hardware holding the rotator instead of rivets. Now if they could just get rid of that 1195 bulb.

They were around a while back, although I don't know for how long. Here is a 1965 article from a Nebraska newspaper. 1965 is the only listing I can find so far.

I did some research...I think the company TAE Signals still exists: 1516 175th St., Hazel Crest, IL, 60429 USA.
