Unusual Sireno Light

A few pics of this unusual Sireno light. The red Par 36 flashes at a sky-aimed angle and the white Par 36 is horizontal-steady. Allegedly for airport use.

How cool is that. Does it revolve or just flash. Do you have a video? Can you take a picture of the tag and side profile? 12 volt?
