Just a reminder that the 4th Annual Silver City Fire Fest, co-sponsored by the CT Fire Photographers Association and the Souther CT Antique Fire Apparatus Collectors is coming up in just a couple of weeks.

WHERE: The Executive Inn, 900 East Main Street, Meriden, CT 06450

WHEN: Saturday 7/20/13 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

WHAT: Model emergency vehicle displays, in-service emergency vehicles, collector-owned emergency

vehicles, photo/video displays, and vendors. Open to all fire, police, and EMS vehicles.

We have great vendors with us again this year, including Fire Apparatus Journal Publications, Eagle Emblems (shirts, patches, clothing, etc), CT Firemen's Historical Society (books, museum info), Meriden Fire Local 1148 (event t-shirt), Author Kevin McKeon, Author Peter Aliosi. FireDog CT (food truck), Pete's Model Garage (diecast models), 911 Emergency Supply, Steve Ksenych (diecast models), John Cagno (diecast models), and New England CityWide.

Most of you are getting this because you have attended one of the three previous shows and we are hoping you will be with us again. If you are a model builder, emergency vehicle owner, and/or photographer/videographer and would like to sign up to display, then please let me know by 7/9 if you are planning to attend and want display space. Vendor space is also still available for $50.00 per 4x8 table and should also be reserved as soon as possible.

As always, please email/call me with any questions. looking forward to seeing you all in just a couple of weeks!
