Well, I havent had too many collection updates for a while, And I dont think anyone has seen my collection since the first ELB. Ill post that later!
Anyhoo, I got this Cal-Spec Jet from Crzy Cop a few years back, just finished restoring it a few weeks back.
Heres my Star Warning Systems Interceptor bar, Shell brand new from SWS, $250. I got all the rotators from an ambulance, Stationary lights ordered brand new from a distributor, they were on sale for 20 something bucks each.
Lastly, a beacon Ive always wanted to see and try, the SVP/Star Hotshot II and let me tell you, I think it beats the fire beam for best little beacon! I need a bit of assistance identifying which generation it is, it does have the legendary porcelain base. I really like the fact that the lens snaps on easily to change colors to go from green (VFF), to amber (roadside service or throw light) to blue (plowing) in seconds! Next thing I like is that the mirror velcros to the dash or the windsheild bracket easily, and the light magnets to the mirror. none of the other dash lights with mirrors are that versitile or easy to swap from vehicle to vehiicle with or without magnets (dashlaser cant magnet to dash, remove magnet and velcro, cant use on roof then, same with firebeam)
I find it has the same light output as the dashlaser, firebeam has the best though. I was to try a vertical filament bulb in it, see how much brighter is it.
