Wanted Vision control head

I have a vision control head I that the lights are all screwy and malfunctioning on. I presume I'll just need to get a new control head, also open to possible fixes. The indicator lights for when the bar or Arrow stick are on work just fine but the back lights sometimes don't light at all, sometimes flicker, sometimes half brightness and sometimes full brightness even when the button is not pushed or shouldn't be active. How much do you want for a control head?

It is for a premium vision, looking for the same type as the one I have. I can swap the chips if the revision is not the same as mine.

Have you tried a new cable?? Also I have seen them wig out under bad or low power conditions.

Its good on power and solid connections. It is a new cable too. I presume it is something like a membrane ground/connection within the membrane itself.
