Restoring a Philadelphia PA city police car.

Prefer working unit with chrome hook mounts

Unfortunately I don't have any "M" bars for sale currently,

The 2nd picture you posted, is an AD on CL  I am familiar with the seller and I believe they are still available..  and probably will be for quite a loooong time.. Seller wants top dollar for the bars and is unwilling to budge.
