Hello all, first post here. I have a liberty 2 amber with wecan gen 2 (I believe) control box. I'm looking to change up a few of the strobe patterns. I can connect to the wecan box and hear audible connect sound but I cant extract the original light bar file so I can save it just to fall back on. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

If you have time, try the legacy WeCan software instead: https://www.whelen.com/downloads/WeCan-Main/Release/WeCan7-setup.exe
I have occasionally ran into issues where Command wouldn't run the WeCan programming for whatever reason. Surely it could be user error on my part, but in those cases using WeCan worked.
