WeCan programing help!

[FDNY 10-75]

Just got a 55" Freedom, with linear 400 lightheads in place of alley lights, I hooked the wecan software up to change the pattern and it won't let me highlight/select/flash the 400's in the alley position. All of the other heads work as they should but the software won't let me turn on or flash the alleys.


Any help would be appreciated!

Whelen says it may be a software issue, does anyone have anything newer than 5.0.9 that you could email me?

Same for me as well as I don't have the newest version
