Hello, I have a question regarding the whelen lfl liberty 2 wire arrow stick function, the question is what or which controller do you use, since one wire is left arrow, one is right arrow, and the two tied together gives you the center out function

No TA controller is required, as the job of the TA controller is performed by the LC control board. You can feel free to use any two switches of your choosing.
