What Siren am I?

Hi,

I’m wondering what this very distinctive siren is? It appears in the 2005 TV series ''Eureka'' and sounds a bit like the lovechild of a Wail/Yelp and a European Hi/Lo.

The sheriff in the show drives a Jeep Cherokee XJ that looks like this, but I’m not sure what lightbar is used (and if the lightbar is in any way related to the sound, this being television, after all).
