What Whelen strobe is this (plus what is a PA300 worth)?

Traded some lights today and had a couple of questions.
What is the name of this strobe and what is the value range? I have not tested it yet as not 100% on the hookup. It has a small piece of paper folded up wedged in by the capacitors that I have not looked at yet.

The 2nd item is a pa300. Not yet tested but told it worked. Both from Minnesota departments.

The red beacon is Whelen model 5200 - there should be a retaining ring like this:

Two-pin connector: white wires are cruise light.
Three-pin connector:
RED: +12V
BLK: GND
VIO: HI/LO-POWER (N/C->LOW, GND or +12->HI)

I defer to other for market value but I'm interested and will PM with an offer.

@RS485 and I have discussed these lights and he has been trying to get one for a while. His offer is going to mirror mine and would likely be pretty fair market value. Not saying you cannot get more, but @RS485 would be a great (trustworthy and fair) buyer. If your communications fall through I will give you 10% more (kidding).

Thank you for the replies. It does have the ring/band for the base, I just have not unloaded the van yet.

I have not read my messages yet but see I have some.

This is not a light I collect so it will have a home with someone here soon. I do plan on playing with it a bit before offering it.

I appreciate the replies!

Be very careful with polarity. While these later supplies are fused like edge supplies, 5200s are very sensitive to reverse polarity. Also depending on the year sometimes they default to low power and the purple wire puts it into high power vs. what we are used to (purple is low power, high power is default).

I grabbed the retainer ring from the van. It is missing the screw and tag is very very faded. Otherwise in good condition. It looks like it says 3200. Is that because it is part of a bar and not a standalone beacon?

@JohnMarcson - FWIW, looks to me like the PS is very similar to your UPS-60, here (but not the very next one you posted which was newer). Maybe the last generation to have the old audible whining.
That seems correct looking more closely. It seems like a "tweener" unit.

I will have to look at what 3200 means, is there an output for another strobe? I will look it up when I get home I can't 100% remember the difference, I want to say it was part of a cross bar. It is possible it is the system with the beacon in the middle. I will do some digging but I am pretty sure everything that starts with a 3 is bar mounted. 5700 was usually the two beacons with one supply not on a bar.
