Whelen 295SLSA6 wiring question.

Hello, I’m new to the forum so please excuse me if I posted this in the wrong section.

I have a Whelen 295SLSA, and I am currently replacing an older Whelen siren. I am trying to figure out where to locate the horn ring wire or how to wire this siren to my horn ring. I have a 2013 Charger Police Service Package, I’m unsure if I should splice into the horn wire under the hood or if there is an access wire within the vehicle. The old siren is not connected to my horn ring.

The white and gray wires should be coming out of the siren wiring harness (see link to whelen pdf). As for the splicing, there should be access within the vehicle as there should be a horn wire coming to your fuse panel. I am not familiar with the Charger though so I can't say for certain.

Thank you, I have the wiring diagram, but I think I should have been a little more specific with my request. I know which wires to use from the siren itself, but I’m not certain where to locate the horn ring wires in the Car.

You could check to see if the wire colors your application match those in the police application:
