A quick google of Whelen 64 rotator brought up the following:

I searched the site and nothing came up. Lol. The search I did on a Google just brought up 600 series strobes.
I probably didn’t use the right words.

The reflectors are fluted. Those would likely by the same rotors from the responder.

Have never seen these until now. Only the rota amd oscillasers and of course power arcs.

I remember when 10-99 was in business and had these. Never seen them again. Can’t even find a decent YouTube video of them other than the one I shared.
